As Good As Your Ambitions

I like this quote from Ira Glass and it's bold layout by Sawyer Hollenshead (Just checked out his website, worth a look, he's a clever kid! Loving his banner on his profile page)

The moral of the story? Don't quit! Keep your work up even if you feel discouraged. Your work will be as good as your ambitions. Love it.

I also like this vid Sawyer made of his process. This is simliar to how I create my quote designs. I love any kind of behind the scenes sneak peeks!

So what are you guys doing this weekend? Today the boy and I went jeans shopping and had a Starbucks date, and now we're working side by side on seperate projects. It's a bit cloudy and rainy here, so perfect for trying new recipes- I've just started making Kylas Homemade Truffle recipe and have plans to make Kate's Cranberry Walnut Pasta recipe later. Yum! Will blog about that tomorrow :) Now I'm off to do some more making of pretty things! And tomorrow we might go and see Water For Elephants, it's only screened in English during the day here, I haven't been to a day time movie in ages!!

Also, I've been wanting to do another video post for a while but I just don't know what to vlog about! I feel quite shy (and awkward!) when it comes to video posts so I was thinking to help me out, it could be fun to see if there are any questions you pretties have for me? Anything, serious ones or silly, fun ones like in my Bite-Sized interviews, if you've got something you'd like to ask me I'd love you to send it through, and if I get enough to do a video blog, then, yay!
