This photo. Whoa. The prettiness.
If there's anything I love as much as old-world zoos and natural history.... it's vintage circuses. I'm dying to see Water For Elephants but they only play it in English here at stupid times. Have you seen it? Is it the prettiest?! No matter about the story (which I would like to read eventually.) But, how pretty is that last one?!
P.S. This post is dedicated to my friend Aaron who ran away to join the circus. He is pretty much a little walking, talking muscle man and does amazing things up in the air. And we miss him. So a European circus needs to snatch him up, quick!

I'm starting to get my A into G and put together a portfolio so that I can maybe get enough work to come visit, or maybe get work over there. :) Fingers crossed.

Oh yes!!!! I was contemplating doing a Le Swoon post on circus themes but I didn't think anyone would share my love for it. Obviously I was wrong :) And you HAVE to see Water for Elephants and read the book. Both are so so beautiful.

Ohh Zo water for elephants is so pretty!! Im a little bit obsessed with the whole vintage circus girl thing, if only iIwas born alot earlier .. and probably with a little more talent ide so be there!
